the dreaded 2 is entering my life in less than a fortnight's time..

im gettin old..

but its okae..

at least i have company in harnie..

we'll welcome the big 2 together.

18th Feb - went for rosie's birthday chalet in changi..haha..the place was pretty ulu..kinda had a tough time finding it..it was pretty enjoyable..meeting up with frens i havent seen for a while..playing bridge as usual..hanging out with fred and gossiping..having tonnes and tonnes of sting ray thanks to mel and kangni..haha..enjoyable!

19th Feb - Sajc's Funfair..reached there pretty late..saw so many pple leaving when i reached..but it was alrite..a little over crowded tho..shud have gone a little wee bit earlier..cuz the afternoon's blazing weather wasnt exactly good..again meetin frens i havent seen since sch days! and its amazing how teachers still rem us after a couple of years..simply great! and hearing someone special calling out for me made the day even better =) left for town after that with ros liying grace and fred..hanging out at lido like how me and fred used to during our time at cjc..it definitely brought back memories..had a great time gossiping..taking photos..crapping away..we shud do this more often..haha

22nd Feb - test drived my fren's turbocharged car..haha..it was super cool..hearing the engine revving up was like the nicest music to my ears..haha..the engine was so powerful that it was like sitting in an aeroplane in his car..esp at the start when the car could jus blast off like how a plane would..fun and cool..but had duty that day tho..=(

23rd Feb - Had Chinese new year lunch at safra yishun! it was a fun day hanging out with campmates..went to the arcade..played jackpot..had a not too bad lunch..tink it was a 8 course lunch or sth..actually had shark's fin..so it reali wasnt that bad..haha..and went to bowl after that..kinda rusty..but definitely had fun..then we played billiard..frens left for movie after that but i didnt join..it was a blessing in disguise in the end..cuz 15min into their movie at ps..the fire alarm sounded and everybody was evacuated! lol..it was reali amusing..but thankfully i didnt go =)

24th Feb - woke up at 4 to go to camp..was still aslp by the time i reached camp..carried stores up the tonner..before leaving for khatib camp..had a busy morning setting up things before waiting for Ns men to come..but the tiredness was worth it after all when our officer treated us to lunch at sembawang SC..it wasnt pleasant for his wallet tho..haha..tink he paid a couple of hundreds for the lunch..but at least we had fun..stayed till pretty late that night because of the rain..could have ended at 6 but it ended at 8 instead..but we still managed to pass the time by cracking jokes the entire evening..that made life in camp a little more bearable =)

been a tiring week..not exactly having enough slp..but its okae..cuz i'm on off on monday! =)

harnie!! are u alrite? take care ya..dun reali know wad exactly happened..but its good to see that ur gettin better now..rem what you used to tell me back then while comforting me..that applies to you as well ok? everything will be alrite..esp with so many frens by ur side! no matter what happens..everyone will be here for you! and guess what..our birthdays are coming! so cheer up ya..lets organise a chalet or a bbq or sth and have fun yup? so take care girl..keep faith and be strong..i hope to see that cheerful harnie whom i know soon ya?

Oh my..

I did strike toto after all!

i struck 4 numbers..so its $30 i tink..haha..

Life is treating me reali good! =)

had a minor operation on my face this morning..

extracted my mole..

lost a lot of blood..

still bleeding..

and i didnt strike toto.. =(

but still..im feeling good! =)

kinda neglected my blog because of CNY..been busy.

well..time's passing so fast..CNY is almost over..hmmz..somehow CNY didnt seem so fun this year..angbao collecting dun seem to be that much nice too..my angbaos are still stuck unopened in my drawer..haha..anybody wanna open them for me?

anywae..had a nice nice 6 day off last week..cool..and here i am todae..with another off! haha..i still got 2 more days to clear after this..life is seriously good! =)

met up with fred and rach on New year's eve..cuz fred wanted to do some last minute shopping..haha..but it was so funny that he only bought new undergarments in the end..haha..like anyone is gonna see them during CNY..haha..it was nice catchin up in a while..tho it was onli for a few hours..it was great! =) tho Orchard seemed like a ghost town that day..haha..

Left for reunion dinner after that..and boy was my timing good..the moment i stepped in..it was my turn to receive angbao..haha..kinda coincidental..everyone was teasing me abt me knowing the timing so well after that..haha..i ate so much..thanks to my grandma who couldnt stop offering me food..haha..but it was gd =)

the rest of the week were spent visiting..meeting relatives i havent seen for a long while..catching up with my cousins..it was simply great. and not forgetting being the santa claus to my little cousins during CNY..i swear they are little devils..so young and yet betting like adults..haha..of cuz i lost to them as usual..but it was for a good cause..the joy seeing those smiles on their faces..simply priceless =)

went for visiting at my chief clerk's place on sat..met up with old frens who have left the army..great to see everybody's doing fine now..and we played cards with my officer being the banker..it was quite funny..cuz before lunch..everybody was like losing money except for me..haha..it wasnt until jason came that my officer started losing..seems like a guy gets lucky when he's gettin married eh..the very first round he played..he had a triple 7..and the banker paid him 7 times his bet..haha..first time i've actually seen it..scary..it kinda started my officer's downfall cuz after that..he kept losing..i tink he lost abt 500 that day..i won 80! haha..fun and enjoyable =)

It was a quiet Valentine's. But at least a phone call made my day =)

it was a great week..as u can see from the countless smilies i typed..haha..

and not forgetting a belated birthday shoutout to Ann and Mingyi..

Happy 19th Birthday Ann! my my..Congrats on gettin urself such a wonderful guy..i saw the pics..spraying those words ' Jus Loves Ann ' on his subaru! my goodness..thats simply unbelievable. Thats like THE most romantic thing to do on valentine's day! haha..Like ur frens said..ur a lucky girl! =)

tired and aching from all the recce to ns men's house ydae and todae..all the driving and walking is taking a toll on me! argh..from upper thomson to amk to bukit panjang to choa chu kang..but at least now i know these places inside out..can drive there with my eyes close already..

and lucky im gonna get 2 days off for this =)

its been a good and quiet week..

met up with mich to give her a little tuition at her place on wed..amazed i can still recall econs..haha..hope i was of some help tho..
it was great seeing you in a while and great seeing ur mum again after so long..we shud meet up more..it definitely makes me a happier marcus.. =)

My my..CNY is jus round the corner already..but its great! angbao collecting again =)
